On 2013.05.03 i called at 11:10 to place a order, to which i spoke to Jared, who took my address and handed the phone over to Mbali, not having advised of this,
i gave my order, everything went off smoothly
moments later a collegue called back, giving all previous info to link my order to his, requesting to change his pizza to a large, this having been done, advised the correction had been made,
however upon delivery i paid for the food, expecting everything to be as should be,
when checking the monies, i find Mbali, who had advised of the correction from Realdeal to large had been done, has not done this,
when i phoned back to have this resolved i was given 2 different stories from the same employee,
to which i asked to speak to the manager, being informed they were not in at the time,
only to moments later being passed off to the ' manager '
who infored he would follow up have the refund given and call me back once done
only to have the again useless Mbali call me back,
advising the manage was to call me back,
speaking to the managaer i advised i work in a call center and cannot continue the call, to be called back and sworn at by the manager
worst!!!
