Great service from mbali at vodacom chatz midstrea

I switched from Nashua Mobile to Vodacom on Monday 21 Oct. This was after very poor service from the Nashua Mobile in Centurion Mall. I was helped by Mbali Mnguni at Chatz Connect in Midstream. She was very efficient, professional and helpful. We had my contract sorted and number ported in no time! She told me to expect my nr to be ported by 18h00 the next day. At 8h30 on 22 Oct Mbali called to say that there had been a problem with the porting, but that it was being rectified and I could pick up a new sim card later that day. My contract was successfully opened and my number ported In the next 24 hours. I was impressed that Mbali took the trouble and initiative to check if all was well with my new contract, and that she picked up the problem before I was even aware of it. This ecxellent service, attention to detail, and Mbali's friendly attitude, more than compensated for the slight delay in starting my new contract. Very happy to be with vodacom!
