FIRSTLY CONSULTANTS WERE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE, IVR MACHINE TRANSFERED ME TO EXT 2001 AND 2017 FROM 10;00 TO 10;30 AND NO ONE WAS ANSWERING, I THEN SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT WHO DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT THEN THEY TRANSFERED ME TO MBALI TO ASK HER AND TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A GYNAE MBALI COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO FIND OUT THE INFORMATION AND GET BACK TO ME SHE DROPPED THE LINE, YOUR CONSULTANTS AND RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY RUDE AND WITH THE ATTITUDE I GOT I DONT THINK I WANNA CONSULT WITH THE GYNAE THERE OR EVEN GIVE BIRTH AT YOUR HOSPITAL, THIS PEOPLE WILL KILL MY BABY THEY TOO NEGLIGENT, I WAS EXPECTING THE WILLINGNESS AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE AS THEY ARE THE FRONTLINE BUT THE SERVICE IS TOO BAD, AND NO FRIEND OF MINE WILL GIVE BIRTH THERE IM UTTERLY DISGUSTED.
