Innovation lack of service

I was notified by Mbali on 18.09.2013 that they had recovered the excess from the third party in a recent accident and they required my bank detail in order to transfer the funds to my account. I have since contacted Mbali several times regarding the fact that the funds were not transferred, with an excuse each time. I am now not able to get hold of Mbali as she does not answer my calls. The last news was that this payment was cancelled and gave no reason. As this was funds recovered on my behalf, which I had already paid, I have the right to recieve my funds. I have no way of contacting Mbali and have laid a complaint with AON for whom they did the recovery, with no result or response. Please help.
