After a complaint regarding an insurance problem with repairing an I Phone4, being from pillar to post because no proper communication went to all departments and the one hand did not know what the other is doing. A gentleman at the Meyersdal branch, showed real interest to assist and we sorted out all issues within a short time. Thank you, there are still committed people out there
