I bought a bed at Bears and the bed has a broken base i have reported the matter before and they sent people from bravo to examine the bad and after that the report that went to the store was that the bed was fine. I reported it again but i have been taken from pillar to post and now i don't know what to do. If it was possible i would ask them to take their bed and give me my money because when i bought the bad i wanted a proper bed not second hand. If they won't refund me i will take their bed to their store and they can keep their bed because its clear they offer bad service and dont observe the warranty protocols.
