Received my credit report today and tom surprise a company by the name of REAL PEOPLE did an enquiry, I have never dealt with these people! from pillar to post, showing their incompetence!!! I feel sorry for the poor people who really actaully have business with these people. Consultants have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever - laughing with friends in the background - sighing when a customer is speaking??!! Seriously who does that?! Pathetic! Finally got a supervisor on the line and she is going to "TRY" and assist me and wants to give me feedback within 3 days?! Real People if you want to go anywhere with your business I highly suggest some proper CUSTOMER SERVICE training - it will be a awesome investment and will do your business a world of good! Let your staff go google the words customer service or something... NIGHTMARE I TELL YOU!
