I have cancel the two cellphone contracts, because the cellphones were not what i thought there were. I then cancelled the phone, and the two phones were sent back to the real people cellulars within 7 working days.to my surprised the real people deducted the amount for contract plus another money. I have phone them at customer care but I was also told that cancellation only received one handset and not two. A month ago I have communicated with them and also told them to do an investigation between Post office and real people to verify if the parcel was tempered with or not, but no feedback was given to me till today. But there are still deducting in my account. I have asked for cancellation department but can't get through, there is no cancellation department. When calling the real people you are send from pillar to post there are real not sure off what there are doing.
