I have a 24months contract with virgin mobile for blackberry bold, i took it for service to one of your branches last year.it came back with problems and i took it back and it was fixed.this year i had same probles, I booked it in and I collected it last week, now it has signal problems now, i phoned your servive department and i was told to change it from 2G to 3G&2G now the problem persist. Can i get the phone that is in good conditions and the services that i am paying.
