Upgrade (6961163) of phone was done on 08/11/2012. However, the service on the blackberry was only activated from 01/12/2012. I utilized this phone only from December 2012 however the phone died on 21/12/2012. It refused to charge. I returned the phone to the Musgrave branch store on 31/12/2012. I called the store to see if the phone was sorted, spoke to Precious (consultant), however only to find out that she sent the job number as NK Kadwa instead of NK Raniga. The mistake was only picked up when I called in on 11/01/2013. Terrible customer service and mistake on part of Vodacom incompetent staff. The phone was then sent to Johannesburg for repairs. I am not prepared to accept this "fixed" phone. If a new blackberry is not given, I am prepared to cancel this contract plus please return my admin fee of R150.00 since this was a fruitless exercise. According to the CPA, I have a right to quality goods and services. Please can a manager call me urgently regarding this matter?
