EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ON LINE REPAIR

On the 16 of July our phon line and adsl went down and everyday we phone for un update we are told there was so many calls on Tuesday that they cant get to my call yet. Today is a week and still no Response from Telkom.
THIS IS PATHETIC!!! A WEEK AND STILL NO UPDATE ON WHEN WE WILL BE HELPED.
