Well done and Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised by this branch. Everyday you hear how bad Telkom is and how horrible their service is etc etc etc. It is a never end bottomless pit of complaining against them. But the two that helped me at the Stellenbosch were simply amazing. I am a new client, I applied a week ago Tuesday on the 07th May for a telephone line with the intention of getting a uncapped adsl connection at my flat. Lola first helped me and processed my application and told me that she would update me by the 09th of May. On the 9th I was contacted and informed that a Technician would be out to install the line on the 16th May. On the 15th I was called and sent a text confirming this and on the 9 16th it was installed. I went to the store and a gentleman who sat at the back desk (I do apologise for not remembering his name) helped me and converted my line to adsl by the 17th May He kept me updated regularly and his advice and assistance was great and alway right. I salute you for your great service. I am really impressed because without you I would not be connected. Well done Telkom
