I have been in contact with Vodacom since 08 Feb 2013, and on 26/6/2013 wrote a report on the De Aar area congesting. Vodacom contacted me saying they will install a booster but 2 days away from 4 weeks in waiting nothing has happened. I pay more than R1000 a month for my line, but have to make up to 7 attempts to be able to make a call. I need a solution or advice on the cancellation of this contract.
