Opened Up an account last year with Telkom for an ADSL line and June this Year Was mooving to a new address and requested a line to be installed into the new place i was mooving into.
I also had an account with afrihost for the data and they took 30 minutes to suspend my account.
I Get one call saying that sorry there are no more ports in your road it will take 6 Months until i get the line. SO i do the ovious thing and Log into my Telkom Account and request for my account to be suspended until the line was installed. NOT only Have telkom Ignored my request 6 times and 3 other emails.. They Still billing me to this day and have handed my account over to Attorneys to collect debt.. How can you possibly charge a customer for a service that they cant use.. TELKOM Do not care about there customers..ANd if they Put me on ITC i will glady take them to court.
