Good Day
I phoned Telkom to get a adsl line installed and they placed my order and send me an sms for an appointment but did not show. I received an another sms for an appointment but yet again they did not show up. I phoned again to find out when they will install the line and was shouted at by a service agent.
If this is the way they do business maybe its time to close the doors.
