UTTER INCOMPETENCE AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

Having ordered a laptop over 2 weeks ago it is still not in my possession and I am currently also being biilled for it. I I have had to wait over 3 times for periods exceeding 30mins in the branch to find out on the process of my request. I am being repeatedly told that the device will arrive in the next two days with no avail. When I finally decide to cancel the entire contract to which I am being billed for something I do not have, they have the audacity to tell me that I will have a bad credit record. I am glad that our relationship has come to an end, it couldn't have come sooner!!
