BILLED FOR MONTHS WITH NO DEVICE

This guys are busy billing me for a device which i returned within the prescribed number of days and actually confirmed receipt of the device, i phoned them a hundred times requesting them to stop billing my account cause i dont have the device. Now i phone them only to find out that they were waiting for my call in order to refund me back what nonsense is that. I have been told so many times to wait now i have to wait for another 14 days to get my money back after i was told in December the 19th to wait for those days now that they have expired am told to wait even further, is this bad service or what? But when they collect their money it doesnt take that long in fact it can be processed with 48 hours. How rediculous is this, so if i hadnt called i would have never received my money even though they can clearly see that the account is in credit woooooow am amazed i thought this was one of the best companies and have been with them for as long as i can remember but this is how they repay us for being loyal customers, something needs to be done to eradicate such incompetence in a big organisation like this and i bet am not the only customer who has suffered from such things.
