Extremely unfriendly side of DionWired (LMR)

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is with reference to the subject above. I have a brief story to bring in to your attention. I was assured that my laptop given at your branch would be repaired in three days, but it took five weeks to finally get the possession of my laptop.

After this, when i hv my laptop now I just discovered that there is battery issue. The battery plug shows that I should consider replacing the battery. This is a new problem that has come up which was seldom to my laptop query.

Secondly, I am a foreign student at WITS, and I do not drive. Whenever I had to go to the Hyde Park, I have to hire a private taxi which takes ZAR 200 for to and forth journey. I have been doing this for three times so far. which means, I paid 600 just to travel expecting my Laptop where the actual cost for the simple repair was 200.

Now you can imagine, how hardships I have gone through. Can you please look into the matter of checking my battery and giving it as it was given to you. I will appreciate if you expedite your process, as I am going to the UK the next weekend for some important meetings and I do not want to hustle around to delay my meetings due to the laptop. This is serious, pls
