I applied online for a phone from Ismart Cellular and received a call 7days ago and an sms the next day saying i should have my package today. I dicided to call them to find out my status on whether or not the phone is on the way or not and i am told it hasn't even left for the couriers yet and the call centre agent has no idea when it will go to the couriers or when they will deliver. My problem is, why tell me i will recieve my package on a certain day and i found out it is not so. I'm just saying be honest with your customers, i can;t blame it on the couriers because they don't have the package so fault with you.
