I paid Speed Services Couriers for the delivery of a package from Cape Town to Johannesburg posted on the 24th of June, and was assured that I would have it with me on the 25th of June. It is now the 28th of June, and I have still not received it. I phoned the head offices to track down the package, and I was told that the package is in Jetpark Boksburg. I requested to pick up the package myself!! But was told that I am not allowed to do this and got put on hold before I was assisted in any way. I have phoned countless times after, waiting for "an available agent" to take my call, and I am still unable to reach anyone that can help? This is unacceptable
