I've been waiting for this package a while now due to Vodacom's incompetence. Eventually I received a phone call from my work reception area advising the courier is here to deliver. I realise I still have to print my utility bill and ID copy as requested. After fetching from the printer I go downstairs to reception to find the courier had just left!? Seriously no warning! I go back to my office and phone Ram Couriers to hear if they're coming back today just to be told they need to find out from the radio control if they'll be able to come back today or not. To top it off they never amended my contact detials and I just spoke to another consultant whom took down my correct details earlier this morning as the delivery guy arrived at reception. This is utterly bad service! My needs were not met and my expectations were not managed at all! This package has to be delivered today still whilst I'm in the office in Sandton.
