When you get hold of the people at 011 9613400 you are no further to find your overnight package! You are just put on hold again and again. Seriously, my package was sent overnight on 30 Dec. 2013 and till today, 02 Jan. 2014 I have not received it. I need it to help patients - thanks to Speed Services Couriers I cannot help them and I don't know how they are doing. This is very sick patients. I 'm holding Speed Services Couriers responsible for their health and what the world are going to think if something is happening to them and also for the financial help International companies are giving to South Africa.
I don't know what to do anymore to find out what happened to my package!
I really hope someone out there can assist me urgently.
