I placed an order on Glomail's online shop, Glomail employed RAM to deliver my pacakage I was assured that the courier will call me to arrange a date and time for delivery. NO SUCH call... When I followed up a few days later I am told my package was delivered to "Kagiso" now who is Kagiso? Is his/her name on the package??? Why would you leave valuables with any one other than the person's whose name is on the package??? My package is now missing no one can find it or Kagiso, I have paid R480.00 fro something that has just disappered into thin air, I wnat this sorted out TODAY!!
