An overseas package was sent to me on the 16 of Dec, had left customs on the 19th and was supposed to have been delivered to me by no later than the 20th. It's the 23rd, i've tried numerous times to phone their offices to find out why there have been missed deliveries, I haven't received any calls from any couriers, I made sure that someone was at home all day on the 20th, 21st and today the 23rd. It's ridiculous that no one answers the phones. I would even just drive to the hub to collect it myself as they are seemingly incompetent beyond description. I will never use EMS ever again. I'd pay the extra bit to use another company and actually get my package on time.
