I bought an Iphone from MTN around April 2012. the phone had some dots on the screen, i wanted them to give me another phone but the consultant (shamain from Istore Eastgate) refused saying that the phone has 1 year warranty. i can take it to MTN if it gives me a problem. around November 2012 the phone stopped functioning. i took it to MTN, and they said they cant repair it since the sim tray and the unit itself do not correspond. After sometimes they came back to me wanting to fix the phone. the question is; what makes them wanna fix it now? this seems to me i was given an old repaired phone. I NEED A NEW PHONE OR ELSE, MTN MUST CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
