I called MTN about early upgrade and was informed i can upgrade 1 April. I am left with two solutions, wait or CANCEL. My cancellation amount is only R2300 which im willing to pay, however MTN are unable to retain my contract number unless i move the number to Pay as you go and move it back to contract three months later. I can however move my contract to pay as you go and change service providers to a contract. How can MTN be incabable of retaining a willing customer! MTN unfortunatly you have left me no choice. I will cancel and change service providers.
