On 8 July I lodged a complain here about cell c having me handed over to Pholosa for debt collection on a contract that ended years ago and was paid up in 2011 Feb. Please refer to that report if u have any interest in assisting me as it has all the details. On July 9 I received this response from cell c: "We have requested for an urgent follow up regarding this matter. Be assured this matter will be resolved. You will be contacted shortly.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused." today is the 21st and NOBODY from cell c has contacted me since, my ITC is messed up due to this. how many times should one complain before getting any assistance?? This ridiculous to say the least, what happened to customer satisfaction, first call resolution and going the extra mile???
