It seems you do not care about your clients - I have not had any feedback since my last two complaints, even thought I received the standard response "Apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
We have requested for an urgent follow up regarding this matter. Be assured this matter will be resolved. You will be contacted shortly"
I don't expect a response anymore!
