On the 19th of July 201, Vivan Mariemuthu from Cell C confirmed that my contract has been cancelled and is converted to Pre-Paid. On the 25th of August 2011 Customer Services @ Cell C also confirmed that the contract has been cancelled as I requested. On the 11th of June 2013 I received a shocking letter from Pholosa Asset Management to inform me that Cell C has handed me over for collection, because I still owe them R632.13. After almost 2 years Cell C handed me over. I received NO communication from them in the 2 years, that I still owe them any money. I'm so furious!!! Try phoning them and no one can help you, and I must email them the emails they sent to me. Kefuwe @ Cell C couldn't even tell me who the complaince offiser is. I want this matter sorted out ASAP! And this is the reason why I DONT ever want to be with CELL C again and why all my family and friends also ported their numbers.
