NOT a Cell C customer and they have handed me ove

Good Day,

I have been trying to contact the Cell C legal department or a senior manager for the past hour.

I have been placed on hold repeatedly and have not had my query attended to.

My Query:

I last had a Cell C device/SIM approximately six to eight years ago.

Today I was contacted regarding an outstanding amount via a debt collection firm. (Pholosa Asset Management)

I resolved to contacting Cell C directly as this accusation is coming out of the blue.

Unfortunately at this point I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact anyone at Cell C regarding this incident.

If there is any possibility that this complaint gets some form of attention, I would greatly appreciate resolving this matter.

I look forward to your prompt response and hope to resolve this situation amicably.
