I switched over to Cell C hoping for the experience that they promised. I am sorely disappointed I wasted my time in doing so. The signal, call quality, slow internet etc etc etc is so terrible its almost unbearable. Alongside that with all the complaints that have been popping up and the terrible reputation that Cell C has set for itself all they ever reply to people with is "we will pass this message on to our customer centre", or similar brush-off halfheartedness replies. So please rather don't reply to me, rather spend that time starting to fix the problems.
Get your act together, don't advertise what you cannot deliver and give people what they are paying for (which compared to the rest of the worlds networks is already ridiculously overpriced)
