My enquiry refers to my current invoice E471578405 amounting to R6505.92 and the forth coming bill with an amount in excess of R25000.
I requested my internal sms roaming facility on the 01 April 2013. No forms, application material whatsoever was given to me. The attendant following my request and verification of ID, made the changes on her computer and confirmed all was in order.
Had I known, was advised accordingly, given some terms and conditions for international roaming, I would have not used my face book, internet, maps, wifi and blue tooth or my phone altogether.
I feel seriously misled, misinformed and will not accept this violation of my consumer rights, not withstanding the R31k cell phone bill.
