I queried a very high data charge that I noticed on my itemised billing with the corporate division of MTN. They acknowledged the query and informed me their billing department was investigating. Further follow ups result in no response leaving me to question whether they are taking my query seriously. Its been a good couple of weeks since my query was lodged and i've yet to see any outcome to this.
My itemised billing only lists one entry and of that one the calculation looks incorrect according to the data rates on the mtn website
