I have had numerous complaints with cell c. I have contacted 5 times for the same issue but have a hello Peter compliant from ages ago and also my most recent complaint ref number 3052701229.i have no cell c signal in the area in which I live and nothing is being done about it. Unless I connect to wi fi I cannot access the Internet. I also was speaking to a gentleman regarding the R 10 000 data bill that I have received and the fact that I was not given the terms an conditions of the international roaming. He did not give me a ref number but I told him when I called to activate the international roaming and he said he would check it out on never got back to me (a week and a half later) I sent my I phone in for repair and was given a replacement phone which only has my remaining guarantee, they would not give me a new phone and now give me a short guarantee I don't think this is fair. Also the customer service at mall @ carnival is shocking i am waiting for the manager to get back to me still and it is 2 weeks later. I want my cell c coverage and other issues sorted or my contract cancelled.
