My total amount outstanding on my account today is R 3168.20 and I am on a 12 month plan. I pay R500 every month on this account. Edgars phones me today saying that my account is in arrears with over R1000.00, when I already paid R500.00 on my account for this month. R3168.20 divided by 12 is R 264.00 . Edgars must get their accounts correct and stop phoning customers whose accounts are actually 100% in order, telling them that they are owing a third of the total outstanding amount!!!
