Incompetent network provide

I have a contract with MTN that i was in arrears and was handed over to legal. department. i paid all outstanding amount on the 23/06/2013 and i even asked specifically if the amount for the current's month money was included and i was told yes it was. and so i paid i then wanted sim card to be activated and was told its going to take 5-6 working days of which i was patient enough, but now ist has passed the specified dates and still my sim card is not yet activated and Zanele from Maponya Branch doesn't answer my calls. MTN is so quick in sending accounts for legal and so SLOW to keep their clients interest at heart. what a pathetic network provider this is, even ashamed that i have used this network for all this years and now that the money is rolling in they think that the call the short. so that i am even going to cancel my contract and change to network provider that knows what is customer care and that strives to satisfy their clients.
