Due to the incompetence of staff my contract was not cancelled. Then when converted to prepaid I loaded airtime of R101 which was not recharged on my account. I been calling the call center for the last 1.5 months & every single agent & team leader never ever got back to me until today since 03 May! The staff customer service is pathetic, empty promises & don't even keep track of every call made since I had to explain myself every time. I now am going to take it up further since Vodacom has robbed me of money & a. If I owed them R101 they would have taken legal action but yet they owe rob customers of their own money. The Durban call center is a, no one bothered to deal with my query. O have asked for them to send me the history of all my call times & the people I been talking to so I can compile a report but received nothing to date. I am flipping off with Vodacom after being a good customer paying my accounts on time all the time!!!
