Disgusted at service for upgrade

On 01.08.2013 received an sms informing me of my upgrade of my contract phone. called MTN to inform them it was not me, they told me for sure its an error i should call them after 7 days. I called they told me i needed to bring a certified copy of my id and affidavit as both phones were upgraded fradulently. i did that and called the next day to verify if they received the documents and they said they did and i should call after 7days. I called after 7 days and they told me the case was closed as my documents were not clear. i asked why was i not called so that i could re-fax the documents and i was told the department doesnt make outbound call hence they advose the customer to call after 7 days. on 18.08.2013 i went physically to east gate mtn to hand in the documents and i left them behind so that they could have everything and Arshaad said he will call me the next day latest tuesday. but to my surprise i never received any call from him for the whole week. went back on 24.08.2013 they couldnt find anything that Arshaad had written so still no help. this is bad customer service still no help. Its 24.08.2013 what must i do as i am the victim here as well.
