I have an enormes problem with the Vodacom accounts department. They keep on billing me incorrect. Now they tell me I have used R8000 of data on my 2 contracts. This is not possible even for a bussiness. I very seldom use my internet on my phone. To refer to the statement that was sent to me it shows that I have not yet even used half of my monthly data. I pay what they asked for yesterday, the amount of R2 667 21. They told me everything was sorted. No but today they block the lines again, there story that I have used all that data.
This is not right and I will take this further. Even if i have to take legal action to get this sorted and my next step is Vodacom head office.
Somebody is making a mess and now I must pay for it. Sorry this is not exceptable. Customer care!!! I dont think so.
