Four weeks later still no response

I have sent a number of emails to your company requesting to know why my account has been debited four times in one week. your agent phoned me twice saying that you are going to investigate it, this has happened even after i have sent my bank statement to proof it. What kind of company are you guys, you can't even resolve a small problem like that. this was really suppose to be simple knowing that you have to debit my account only once a month then return my money that was not suppose to be debited. Vuyelwa Mazinyo knows all about it.
