My phone was in a hihgj acking. I went to altech autopage on 14 Dec to do a SIM swap. From Saturday to Thursday. I havw visited the store twice a day and numerous calls was made to the call centre..my spare phone only start working on Thursday 19 Dec ember. This I s not all on the December 17 l went and blacklist the phone. This was only done the 18 December. My further complaint is that idid my insurance claim at altech key west o n 17 December. I phoned on 19 December to follow and I was advised that the store never filled in the iam number. I went back to the store to fix it. This was around 13h00. At 15jh00 I phoned the insurance. They confiremd that I did get the fo jowever incomplete again. Then I phoned on Thursday 19 Dec your head o ffice. After I explainedy storie I was put through to black gentleman. And his words wat must he do for me and I must go back to the store. After this I sent a facebook message your CEO Craig Venter. This morning when I phoned this morning the ins derpartment. My claim not sorted after the call centre said they will sort it out with key west.. I also phoned the caLl centre and the attitude was sort it out yourself. I phoned Chris van zyl.
