I have registered an insurance claim with AIC on Friday morning, because Kwikot installed the existing geyser 4 years ago they say it is still under warranty and that only Kwikot can come out to attend to the problem.
I have received numerous sms from Kwikot that someone will phone me and attend to the problem. Friday at 15.00 I phoned Kwikots call centre and got only messages. Saturday morning at 08, 45 I phoned again and the message was the office hours and that I have to leave message.
What type of Company is this and why is AIC making use of such incompetent suppliers.
Bad Bad service! It is weekend and I am sitting with geyser problem.
