Incompetence and Billing Issues

Hi, I am furious at Neotel. I applied for a data card and the sales Consultant said that there is coverage in my area and if it does not work they will collect the device with no charge. The consultant captured all my details incorrectly and the coverage was not sufficient. They collected the equipment. A week later I receive and invoice from them stating that I owe them R372. I phoned the call centre and spoke to the same consultant who once again assured me it will not be deducted. Today they deducted the monies. Neotel are from people and this is not fair! I am battling to get this resolved!!! Pathetic and incompetent consultants and billing system that steals money! I tried to speak to a. Manager today and all I got was voicemail of the managers!
