Hi,
I would like to applaud Cellc for their speed in delivering my mobile devices to me, i recieved them in less than 48 hours. Well DOne!!!
I do have a concern though, i have logged several calls to the call centre department with regard to the poor reception that i recieve in my area and i was reassured that i would be contacted within 2- 7 working days and I have never recieved any reply since, I am a very upset customer at this stage because i pay for data that expires every month without me using it, and secondly I can harldy seem to get through to customer service because i get disconnected at times while speaking to the agents and they never bother to call back, I have also logged call via e-mail and no reply to those as well.
I need urgent help.
