Telkom phoned me about the ADSL package that they have, I did except it, they did come and install it during June or July 2012, everything as working very well, till about a week ago when I realize that my ADSL Router is getting very warm, and later we could not connect to the internet, after many telephone calls, the technician of Telkom told me its my router thats faulty, I phone the helpdesk, just to hear that I have to go to the nearest Telkom Direct Store, and you know what, the nearest Telkom Direct Store are 200km from Piet Retief, and after many complains and everything, they told me they cannot help me. Why do they sell their product in a town that they cannot give a service. The driving of 400km will cost me as a Telkom client over R500 and then they want to tell me the router will be replaced without cost. Ha Ha it will cost me R500 for petrol and a day leave form my work and in the mean time I have to pay my telkom bill, if I have Internet or Not.
