Reporting a misprint

I had noticed a misprint in one of Vodacom's Promotion Catalog, emailed them and too my surprise they responded immediately via email as well as calling me up. The matter was handled very effectively, bearing in mind I had given them my cell number which is of one of their competitors.

Attending to such a minor discrepancy provided by a non customer with utter professionalism took me by surprise. Two thumbs up for the agent who took on the matter with his company.
