Due to poor service & a non existing ADSL connection I cancelled my Telkom subscription in June by phoning Telkom from the Clearwater Mall branch. I month later i found out that the subscription was never cancelled. I then phoned Telkom AGAIN in July. They then promised me that this was cancelled (Ref #80542270A). Shortly after I received a phone bill for R983 - which i settled immediately as i was under the impression that this was my final amount to pay.
Today I received yet another phone bill for R285.69.
I'm not prepared to pay anything more as i've cancelled this subscription in the beginning of June already,
Telkom, please sort this out.
