I honestly never thought I'd write this sort of report re any service provided by MTN.

I would like to commend Kabelo for her high level of expertise and enthusiasm to assist (or answer any query raised, irrespective of its importance).

I had the pleasure of interacting with her while doing my upgrade, and this was after a horrible experience with the Customer Service unit. She truly sets the benchmark for her peers.
