WE CANCELLED UN-USED TINS AND LINE RENTALS IN JULY... ITS NOVEMBER AND WE ARE STILL PAYING FOR THE TINS AND LINE RENTALS WE CANCELLED IN JULY.
IF WE PHONE 10217 ALL THEY GIVE US IS A REFERENCE NR. REALLY? LIKE A REF NR WILL REFUND US THE TINS WE CANCELLED.

IVE E-MAILED NELLY GUMEDE SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THIS, BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION.

I HAVE ALSO DISPUTE THIS MATTER SEVERAL TIMES, BUT STILL... RETENTION CENTRE IS OF NO USE!

SURE THEY HELP YOU FAST AND FRIENDLY IF YOU WANT A LINE OR DATA FROM THEM, BUT TRY TO CANCEL THAT OR IN OUR CASE UPGRADE ONE TIN AND CANCEL THE OTHER (MORE MONEY FOR THEM) NOPE NO HELP AT ALL.

WHAT THEY DID TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ONLY WANTED A DSL LINE, TELKOM DECIDED TO GIVE THEM DATA... THEY DIDNT EVEN APPLY FOR DATA.

NO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THEY ARE LAZY OVER THERE AND THE ONE DOESNT KNOW JACK FROM THE OTHER, THEIR INFORMATION AND ANSWERS DIFFERS
