Good Day, My name is Lindiwe Dhladhla. I bought a dual sim card cellphone from Jet in January. both sim cards were from MTN. I used my old MTN sim card and a Vodacom sim card and had no problem until I decided to port from MTN to Cell C without a problem. The problem started when I inserted MTN sim that has been ported to Cell C, a restriction code was requested by the handset.
I called Cell C to inquire, I was told to call Nokia, Nokia told me to call MTN, and MTN passed the buck back to Cell C. All I need to know is, who is supposed to supply me with the Restriction code? The sim card works ok in another handset. This happened yesterday and today. The cellphone Number concerned is 073 537 4738
